RouteRangers is built around senior engineers who like integration work: the patterns, the protocols, the unglamorous discipline of parallel runs and reconciliation reports. Our consultants review real estates, build routes that run in production, migrate flows off commercial ESBs, and write up what they learn.
We hire for judgment as much as code. The job is telling a client what their estate actually needs — sometimes including "less than you thought" — and then delivering it well. If you have run Camel (or serious messaging infrastructure) in production, know the enterprise integration patterns as working tools, and write clearly, we would like to hear from you.
